request command

    (A) Function
        Instructing the display of a facility that is the subject of 
        the request function and the stop/restart of the request function.

    (B) Format

        request  [ "on" | "off" ]

    (C) Parameters
         on
           This setting starts to output a report with the request function.
         off
           This setting stops outputting a report with the request function. 
         If the parameter is not specified,
           this command outputs a facility that is the subject of the request function at this time.

    (D) Note
        When SECONDS starts up, the request switch is "off".
