report command

    (A) Function
        Instructing the display of report information, the stop/restart 
        of the report function and the output of a report. 

    (B) Format

        report  ["  on " |"  off" |"  do "]

    (C) Parameters
        on
           This setting starts a report output with the report function. 

        off
           This setting stops a report output with the report function. 

        do
           With this setting, this command immediately outputs a report to 
           a speaking-file regardless of updates of simulation time. 
           Even though the report function does not work, this command outputs 
           a report. The exception is a cell whose output is stopped individually 
           with the rpt_off command. 

        In case this parameter is not specified,
           this command outputs the status of a currently registered report 
           list to a speaking-file.

    (D) Note

        When SECONDS starts up, the report switch is "on".
